Welcome to 24th Street Auto Repair & Tire!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of24th Street Auto Repair & Tire's business, located at 1398 Folsom St, San Francisco CA.

Diagnostic Fee Policy:

- Our one-hour diagnostic service is priced at $125. Should you choose to proceed with the repair or fix of the diagnosed issue at our shop, this fee will be applied as a credit toward the total cost of the repair.

Customer Authorization and Payment Agreement:

- Vehicle Ownership: I certify that I am the legal owner of the vehicle or have the authority to authorize repairs on its behalf.

- Payment Authorization: I authorize24th Street Auto Repair & Tire to keep my credit card on file for charges related to current and future repairs, parts, and services, as agreed upon. I also understand that I may be asked to provde a copy of a Governemet issued ID

- Communication Consent: I agree to receive communications and notifications regarding service status, pricing, and payment confirmations via SMS and email. I understand that these communications may include repair updates, cost estimates, and payment requests, and I consent to respond to or act upon them as needed.

- Payment via SMS/Email: I authorize \[Your Auto Repair Shop Name\] to process payments for services, parts, and repairs through secure payment links or instructions sent via SMS and/or email, as agreed upon.

- Work and Payment Acknowledgment: Upon picking up my vehicle, I acknowledge that the work authorized has been completed to my satisfaction and that the payment made is rightfully owed to 24th Street Auto Repair & Tire.

- Dispute Resolution: Prior to initiating any dispute with my credit card company regarding charges, I agree to notify 24th Street Auto Repair in writing and attempt to resolve the issue directly. If resolution cannot be reached, I agree to pursue arbitration as a means of dispute resolution before escalating to other measures.

Oil Change Service Notes:

- Service includes up to 8 quarts of premium synthetic oil (or conventional/synthetic blend, as applicable), a high-quality oil filter, fluid top-off (e.g., windshield washer), tire pressure check, and a complimentary multi-point vehicle inspection.

- Additional oil beyond 8 quarts is charged at $10 per quart. A standard environmental disposal fee may apply for responsible recycling of used oil and filters.

- For Mercedes-Benz vehicles, we use manufacturer-approved synthetic oil (e.g., 229.51 specification) and OEM-equivalent filters to meet factory standards.
